Did anyone successfully integrate cisco call manager 4.3 with NICE recording system. What were the steps taken for integration.

On CM, nothing.
On the switch, span voice gateway port to voice recorder server port .
Voice recorder configured as per vendor documentaion.

I said the same to the NICE vendor. But the vendor says that they need to integrate it with the call manager to get call details.

If they don't know what they have to do, change vendor.
