No Audio and Stream Dead

Guys,

      I have cube which is connected to itsp and cucm 9.1. Both are on sip trunk and everything is working however i cannot hear audio for some international calls. Stream is dead and counter on ip phone increases which means that the call is connected. As per the debugs i checked that Cube is negotiating for g711alaw  and it's sending 101 for RTP payload but i cannot see anything from ITSP regarding the rtp payload. Any idea regarding the said problem ?

Support will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

did you use ALG SIP Inspection Firewall? Please take a look into if you're using.

debug ccsip messages, make a test call and attach the same.
