Hello all,
In our network we are facing a problem, no audio in both way but call connecting. This problem one time or twice per week. Rest of the days calls are working fine. Check with ITSP they said from our side no problem check your side. So what I need to check on our side.

if from both sides of CME different codec or different protocol so check transcoding resources
the same with VG

We are using G711ulaw codec everywhere, like Phone>>G711ulaw>>Cme G711ulaw>>VG GIPG711ulaw
ITSP also using G711ulaw. We face this problem one or two time in a week. After some its resolve.
Yes VG is a Cube.
