Hi All,

When so consultative call transfer, call is getting connected but there is no audio on both ends. We have collected call manager logs and did not find any signaling issue.

I can only See, leg 1 is using PCMU and transferred leg is using PCMA. Is it causing the problem.

It might be invoking Transcoder/MTP for codec difference between A leg and B leg of the call and might not be releasing it post-transfer.

Check both IP Phones webpage and the stream of 'connected call' connected to which remote IP address \ codec \ receive and send packets

Might have to check on Phone/MTP/CUCM

Hi

The main reason behind it is codec mismatch between the MTP and trunk. MTP supports only G711U-law but in sdp coming from sbc contains only A-law.

So we have suggested SBC team to advertise both A-law and U-law it fixes the issue
