no audio on conference call issue

Hi all,

I have a conference call issue. No audio on conference call when call is from PSTN and here is the call flow

Customer call--->gateway(MGCP)-->CUCM-->UCCX-->agent1(33191)--(conf to another agent2)-->agent2(33036)  FAIL

Normal conferencing works fine.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Are you using trancoders or a hardware conference bridge?

We are using hardware conference bridge

FYI -

Calls  coming directly to the agent from PSTN and conference another agent works fine.
