No BAT Option

Hello,  I'm new to an environment.  WHen I log onto the CM Admin page I am not seeing the "Bulk Administration" option usually right beside User Management.  Any idea on where to look forst to fix this?  I am logged in as an Admin.

Is the service running?

Navigate to Cisco Unified Serviceability -> Tools -> Control Centre Feature Services

Select your publisher

Look for service Cisco Bulk Provisioning Service is running or not.  

I assume it is not running and hence you are not getting Bulk Administration options.

If the service is running, are you logged into the PUB or SUB? Pretty sure BAT menu only shows when logging into the PUB.
