No Call Handler Input (CUC) digit accept from outside call problem

Hi friends,

we have Cisco Unity for transfer calls (Call handler) beside CUCM, when we call Unity extension(1001) with internal ip phone(like 2002) greeting will play & call input works fine(for example transfer to 2001 extension [B]) but when make call from outside like PSTN or Mobile [A],the greeting will play but ignore any input digit or extension that dialed.do you know what is the problem?

Try adding 

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

On your dial-peer voice 1008

Hi

Probably an incorrect setup on your VG> What is that? MGCP? CUBE? Other?

we have e1 link with 30 lines & simple H.323 config on VG to reach the number 1001 but i should mention the number with area code is 8887771001 & I used translation in CUCM to convert the number to 1001. the ip address (192.168.1.100) is for CUCM.

hello, I Have same problem 

There are a set of 180 sip trunk DIDs 22056xxx and 22060xxx were subscribed, On these DID ranges it is noticed that when PSTN calls come on the line and attended by the cisco unity, when the caller dials the internal extension. the call rings 1 sec and then disconnects.

Call 22056XXX ----> For ( Arabic press 1 - English Press 2 ) -----> After that choice option from 1 to 9 ( when press any number from list or even press internal Ext number other side receive call and ringing for only 1 sec and call cancel. 

Otherwise, when set the DID number direct to internal number by ( Translation Pattern & Transformation Pattern ) working fine without any problem, only the two DID number going to Cisco Unity make this problem.

 

Please find the attached Trace ( 172.30.4.33 is the CUBE router )
