Hello,
We recently upgraded the software pack on a UC520 to 8.6.0 to support a 7962.
We have the phone registered and can take a receive calls. But it can only take and receive 1 call at a time. All other calls go straight to VM. I have it set to a Dual Line and configured pretty much the same as the other users but its just this extension. Even stranger is that it takes a good 30 seconds when one call is ended for the line to be seen as free and another call can then come in.
Also this user cannot pickup call parks for some odd reason.
I can post the config if needed.
Thoughts?
Jason Ryan
Edit: Relevant data uploaded. Problem Ephone is Ephone 9. Some names and IP removed.

Hi Jason,
I'm guessing the "single" call issue is related to the "Headset Auto-Answer" setting

I had actually disabled the whole ehook feature to test that and it was still occurring. Thoughts?

Hi Jason,
I was referring to this portion of the config;
ephone 9
no multicast-moh
device-security-mode none
headset auto-answer line 1
mac-address 88F0.7789.C305
ephone-template 16
max-calls-per-button 2
username "XXX XXX" password 123456
speed-dial 1 913052516124 label "XXX XXX"
paging-dn 100
type 7962
button 1:9 2o75,76
Cheers!
Rob

I went ahead and removed that line. I also was having some MAC Address conflicts so I remade the Ephone just like above but without the line.
The phone still cannot pick up parked calls.

Now I actually just noticed this. In my DNs I have 2 correspdoning to the same extension. I have the example below.
ephone-dn 224 dual-line
number 6407 no-reg primary
label 6407
description 3373216407
name xxxx
call-forward busy 5000
call-forward noan 5000 timeout 20
!
ephone-dn 9 dual-line
number 6407
label 6407
description 3373216407
name xxxx call-forward busy 5000
call-forward noan 5000 timeout 20
corlist incoming user900-international
night-service bell
The dn 9 should be the right one. Could this duplicate be causing this issue?

It looks like the MAC Address duplication issue was definitely the issue. I had given the user a new 7962 as opposed to a 524. The ephone was holding onto the 524 causing all kinds of headaches.
Recreated the ephones and it worked well.
