No caller name for incoming calls from PBX to IPT

Hello all,

I have a voice gateway connected to PBX ... I am able to make calls in both directions.

The only issue i am facing is that when person from PBX extension is calling IPT on display I can see the caller number but not the caller name.

Can anyone please advise how can I see the caller name as well ?

Anil,

To receive caller name the PBX and CUCM must both support IE exchange in the same way. Since we don't know what model/version PBX you are using or the CUCM version we can't give you more specific direction. However, Cisco has an interoperability portal that you can use. Check the following URL.
