No Caller Name in Placed Call History || SCCP Phones

Hi All,

Calls made are from SCCP phone to destination through SIP Trunk. When call is alive we able to see the Caller name in the display.

Once call completed , while check the logs in Placed call history it showing the Number only no name. 

But for SIP Phones we can see the Number and Name also .

Is that Default behavior ? What feature made SIP phones to display the name also in Placed call history??

It should show that, try to upgrade/degrade firmware on couple of sccp phones and check.

Are you performing digit manipulation when the number is called?

No digitmanipulation. Only Access getting striped.

It should show in this case. As suggested below try to change the firmware and see if it makes difference. Looks to be a bug
