No Dial Tone in Analog Ports

Hi There,

We have configured Analog Ports in VG224 , It showing registered in CUCM, But there is no dial tone in FXS Ports, may i know what could be a problem?

Faxmode is: Fax Relay

So, when you connect analog port and you go off hook you do not hear anything? Sounds like cabling issue.

Are you sure your patching/cabling is correct?  Are you using patch panel/110 block/66 block to extend the ampahol connection?

Hi Chris,

Yes, Cabling is fine, We used 2 more VG224 in the same LAN, It worked, This one is new VG224 which is not gving dial tone.

May be a DC voltage level issue
