No Dialtone when RingOut

Hi,

at our customer we have a strange issue. Some 6941 Phones dont get the user an dialtone when ring out. They just here nothing in this moment. When i reset oder restart the phone it dont work. But when i power the phone off and then power on again then it will work.

Does anybody had an issue like this?

Sounds like a bad phone or maybe the audio output is set as headset.

What's the firmware version of the 6941? How many 6941 phones are facing this issue?

Do you mean that when the user lifts the handset, they don't hear dialtone?

What about speaker phone?

I would suggest upgrading the phone to the latest firmware and chcking if this problem still persists.
