Need another set of eyes to provide a little guidance on an issue I am having.
Calls from PSTN to CUC doesn't have working DTMF. The call flow is below.
SIP Provider --sip-- CUBE --sip-- CUCM --sip-- CUC
DTMF from PSTN to UCCX works with no issues. Below is a sample of one of the outgoing dial-peers from the CUBE to CUCM. Internal DTMF works with no issues.
PSTN -- UCCX = DTMF
INTERNAL -- UCCX = DTMF
INTERNAL -- CUC = DTMF
PSTN -- CUC = NO DTMF
dial-peer voice 6011 voip
description SIP to CUCM PUB
preference 5
destination-pattern ^..........$
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.100.20.32
voice-class codec 1
dtmf-relay rtp-nte

Can you try dtmf-relay rtp-nte sip-kpml. Also please make sure that this is the dial-peer that is getting selected for the calls that are destined to CUC from PSTN.

Make sure you have proper inbound dial-peer besides your outbound dial-peer with dtmf method applied.

This was resolved by selecting "PSTN Access" on the CUC Sip Trunk in CUCM.

This has resurfaced but in a different deployment.
Call flow and config is exactly the same as above aside for IP addressing.
