Hello Experts -
Has anyone heard of intermittent issues with people not hearing entry/exit beeps on meet-me conferencing calls? We just upgrade to CUCM 8.5 a few weeks ago and that is when the issue began. I have so far been unable to duplicate this issue myself

I hope party entrance tone in service parameter is on/active.

Yes, it is active both on the service parameter and on the directory number. This happens only intermittently and I have not been able to duplicate the issue myself. Enough people, including my manager, have reported the issue so I do believe it is happening. Anything possibly related to our CUCM upgrade to 8.5?
