I have an interesting problem))). Let's say that 429400 calls 401001. After 4 seconds (default), the DN 401001 phone will send the call to SNR (89055555555). The phone displays the caller's number at that moment (429400). SNR answers the call, talks and hangs up. The problem is that after that there are no traces that the call 429400 to 401001 took place on the phone with the DN 401001 where did the call come from. There is no information about this call in Completed, Accepted, or Missed. How to fix it?

Sorry but I don't follow your outlined call at all. First you start by saying that 429400 calls to 401001, then in the middle of this you mention 427400 and you say also that a call was made from a phone with DN 1001. From what I understood this was the called number that connected the call out to SNR. As such there is no call made by 1001, it's handled by the functionality called Mobile Connect, where SNR is a part of it.
Can you please look over your post and outline clearly who made the call (Calling number), to whom was the call made (Called number) and to what number was the SNR call made?

Hello, Roger
I have corrected the text, sorry. That is, is it normal that on phone 401001 there will be nothing about the call that was originally intended for it but went to SNR?

AFAIK its a normal behaviour. If the call was answer by SNR number, there won't be any trace of the call on deskphone Missed on received calls.

As I wrote before there are no call that originate from the original called number. I just tested this on my end and I do see the call on the desk phone as a missed call, even if it was answered on the SNR side.

I wonder if an SNR-answered call would be considered a "Missed Call" for the internal hardphone. If so, if "Log Missed Calls" were off for that DN would that cause the SNR-answered call to not be recorded in the hardphone call history? I don't have this set up in my lab at the moment and can't test.
