No Login Option for Cisco IP Phone (at least for the 7821 model)

Hi there,

I have a weird thing happening.
I dont see any login option on the menu for new added phones (7821 models - I can't, for now, confirm if is only for this model or not).
- The phone registers with no issues;

- The Device Profile is created with no issues as well;

- The End User gets associated with the phone and the Device Profile;

And still no "Login" option on the phone.

Other phones can login successfully, so there is no issue with the service.
Maybe I'm missing something here.

Review the EM configuration guide and make sure you followed all the necessary steps outlined in it.

If this is EM you're talking about, I don't see subscribing the device and UDP to the EM service in your steps.
