No Login Option for Cisco IP Phone (at least for the 7821 model)
I have a weird thing happening. I dont see any login option on the menu for new added phones (7821 models - I can't, for now, confirm if is only for this model or not). - The phone registers with no issues;
- The Device Profile is created with no issues as well;
- The End User gets associated with the phone and the Device Profile;
And still no "Login" option on the phone.
Other phones can login successfully, so there is no issue with the service. Maybe I'm missing something here.
