No names on sofkeys when using i-button

Just moticed strange thing.

After pressing i-button on idle phone (7945G, 7965) help contents appears after some time, but navigation softkeys on a display have no name written on it - it is just rectangular areas on a display! Though they function properly - you can navigate with them. This problem appears only if I use Russian user locale - with English locale I see names on softkeys.

I use 7.1.5.30000-1 version. What can be the problem?

Hello,

Try upgrade phone firmware, if same issue then it should be a Bug. If this happens to all that ip phone models then try to contact TAC.

I already loaded latest (from 24th of May) FW.

Problem resolved.

The solution - always install the latest locales! For phone only it is now 9.2.1. After installation everything is OK.
