No ringback tone over InterCluster Trunk

Hi All

we are hitting a strange issue where incoming call delivery to another cluster via ICT trunk on ISDN did not hear ringback tone. call flow as below:

Caller A calling -- PSTN --SIP-- CUBE-E --SIP-- CUCM 1 -- H225 ICT non GK control -- CUCM 2 - user B(CFA to external landline via ISDN VGW)

Where Caller A heard ringback tone when user B is CFA to mobile phone.

Can someone help on this?

Hi Fei,

what you have it's a very complicated call flow...I recommend to troubleshoot the call dividing the problem into part.

When he call is loosing the ringback tone? Try to register a phone in each part of the call flow to troubleshoot the problem.

issue resolved after we swing to SIP trunk.
