No RX alerting before RX connect

Hi guys,

we got a strange issue at one of our italian locations. Only when one person calls a french mobile number, the person does not get a ringback tone, the voicemail of the cell phone instantly answers. If any other person of this site calls the given french mobile number they hear it ring before the voicemail or even the owner answers. Ringback tone generally works. Below is a part of the isdn q931 debug output (I changed the numbers to avoid rogue calls). When I change the callers number by using another External phone number mask I can see the RX alerting coming in > normal behavior.

I was wondering if the owner of the cell phone blocked the person or maybe something similar...

Any idea on this is greatly appreatiated!

Thanks and best regards
Jochen

This is a problem at remote side. They automatically connect for some
reason. I don't think you can do anything from your side

can we get both working and non-working log ?

Yes of cource, here it is. As you can see we receive alerting before the call got connected. We only changed the calling by increasing it by one. Real extension is 423, changed by external phone number mask to 424. Then it works in normal manner.

can you please copy working and non-working q931 debugs to text and attached ?

also mention calling and called number with changed number.
