No Tone via SIP Trunk

Hello,

I have a sip trunk configured on one site and it doesn't have a back tone.

For example when someone wants to join a conference call or forward a call it doesn't hear the tone and digits are not sent.

I already look into this community to find my solution and also the cisco documentation but didnt find anything.

Any idea what could be the issue/missing config?

Im running CUCM 8.6 with 7945 SCCP Phones

Please describe your call flow.

CUCM----------sip---CUBE---------SIP---------ITSP ?

Does ringback work on normal calls?

Can you send your sh run and a debug ccsip messages if you have a CUBE or a cucm trace is its a direct sip trunk
