Hi,
We have a client with a BE6k. We created a Personal directory on Call Manager (Device / Device Settings / Phone services).
After we created a “Phone button template” (Device / Device Settings/Phone Button template) that conteins the Services URL.
And appears like a programable key. When we have that key the first time ask user and password. Something strange because when i created this service the menu asked me to put a define user and password. How i can do because the system dont ask me user and password?
Also is annoying because when we reboot the phone it ask again this user and passord.
