as per the above 2 Pics ,

phone 1 and phone 2 registered to HQ-CUCM

when Link 1 down,  phone 2 registered to Backup CUCM

when phone 1 call phone 2 , phone 2 ringing but no voice heard between 2 phones

please help

RTP flows directly between endpoints, when your link goes down, is there end to end connectivity between the two phones?

No ACLs or firewalls preventing the RTP between endpoints?

how can check if firewall prevent RTP
