I need to know in the event a Nokia phone becomes usuable how do I de-register the licensing for Nokia Intellisync Call Connect for Cisco on one phone and put it on another.
Have searched the Nokia and Cisco Website and have tried googling. So far haven't been able to find the answer I've been looking for.
Are you using trial licence or have you purchased full licence?
If you are using trial licence, you can just install the client to another phone and activate trial licence again.
Currently only way to move full licence to another device is to create Nokia TAC case and ask help.
But release licence feature will be in next Nokia ICC client release. Client should be available in July.
