Non-Registered VM Port

Hey, guys. Need some help on finalizing voicemail. My voicemail ports in CUCM aren't registering (status = none, no ip address). This is what I've done thus far. This is version 10.5 by the way. Please let me know if I've forgotten any information. I'm new to the voice world so dumb your answers down a bit for me. Thanks for your time!!!

CUCM STEPS:

* Activated all CUCM services (including AXL)

* Created VM profile (name, 1500/myCSS, make this default mail for system)

* Created VM pilot (1500, myCSS, make default for system)

* Created message waiting (1010/on/myPartition/myCSS) (1011/off/myPartition/myCSS)

* Went through port wizard (CiscoUM2, 5 ports, 1200-1204, created new linegroup automatically: CiscoUM2)

* Created Hunt List (for vm usage, added CiscoUM2 line group)

* Created Line Group (selected DNs 1200-1204)

* Created Hunt Pilot (1500/myPartition, added previously configured Hunt List)

CUC STEPS:

* Added 5 new ports (phone system and port group left as default "PhoneSystem")

* Port Group (PhoneSystem) added CiscoUM2-VI as my device name prefix and added 1010 and 1011 for message waiting. Also added my CUCM IP address under "servers"

* Phone System (left as default but entered CUCM IP as AXL server)

Have you tried resetting the VM ports on both sides??

Do the ports show up as enabled and the device name prefix matches??

For example, in my lab in CUC it's set as CiscoUM1-VI and the ports show up as CiscoUM1-VI1 thru CiscoUM1-VIN in CUCM

I was able to start from scratch and get it to work.
