I have setup a new Cisco IP 7945G phone for a new user. Created new user for the user but I noticed that I cannot import the new user from Cisco Unity to create voicemail for this new user.
When I do import new user, the directory number for this new user does not exist.
Is there a limit on how many users I can import from CUCM to CUC ?
my CUCM is 8.5.1, CUC is 8.5.1 also.

its related to licenses for voice mail user..
if you sufficient license then you can create voicemail user.
kindly check license available r not.??..

managed to solve the issue by selecting Primary Extension field in Directory Number Associations
default value was none.
