Hello, gents.
I have a stupid question:)
I wants to upgrade our CUCM 6.1.5 to 8.6(2a) - single patch installation.
A vendor engenier will be do it. I do not want to provide him a CUCM Admin password.
If i create a new account from CLI:
set account TEST and assign privilege level1 .....
WILL SUCH ACCOUNT TEST HAS ALL NESESARY ACCESS LEVEL AND RIGHT for upgrade?
what is the difference beetween OS admin and TEST? Have someone such experience ?

Hi Nikolay,
I just wanted to link you to a couple of excellent CSC
threads/docs that detail the password priviledge levels etc.
If it were me, I would want to give the engineer who is doing
the upgrade(s) "full" access to be able to mitigate and troubleshoot
any issues that might come up during this very complex migration.
If you can't trust them with the passwords, then you probably can't
trust them to do the upgrades
Just my 2 cent$ here.
