We have several phones within our estate that are not picking up the TFTP server IP address. Not sure what it can be, if it was just one phone I'd be tempted just to wipe that phone off Call Manager and start again but it is various phone, anything I should check?

Are you using CME or CCM ?
Can you ping the tftp server from those switches ?
Are the switchports correctly configured with the voice vlan ?

We're using CallManager 6.1.2.
Other phones work okay on the same network cable/switch port.
