Hi,
I´m one employee in a bank, I changed internal my desk and have now a new phone machine, with a different serial number, as before.
It was told to me on the hotline, that I´m not registered, therefore I can´t log in in cisco homepage and save any phone numbers on my
phone machine.
Please see attached the answer of the hotline:
Dear Osman,
Thank you for contacting Cisco.
If you do not have a service contract and want to purchase one, you may contact your Cisco service sales representative or the Cisco partner or reseller where you purchased the product. Cisco certified partners can be located at http://tools.cisco.com/WWChannels/LOCATR/openBasicSearch.do

Hi Mohamed,

I want only save a number on the machine, Therefore I don´t understand the whole bureaucracy.
Is this really so difficult ??
I hope, this question is not impolite, I only don´t understand that.

Hi Osman
Your phone will be managed by your internal IT department - Cisco don't have acces to it, and nor does anyone else.
You should speak to your internal support staff.
