Notification for Hold Reversion - Not working

Hi Guys,

Hope all are doing well.

I've got an issue where the when the user puts the phone on Hold - it does not Beep after a few seconds. The configuration cluster wise for Hold Reversion Timer is set to 30 Sec.. and Hold Reversion Notification is Set 30 Sec.. (Hold Reversion & Hold Reversion Notificaiion in the Line is set to Blank).. I am not sure why it is not working..

Adding to this the User says that it sometimes but most of the times it does not give the notification.

Please Advice...

CUCM version? Sounds like a bug.

Just in case, ensure DND is off and you have sufficient headroom on the Max Calls setting.

Also, please confirm that you're not attempting this on a CCX-controlled DN as that isn't supported.

The phone will actually ring once, not beep.

It all of a sudden it started working again, don't know why are how it got back working.

Wondering if the user could have misunderstood how it works..
