The clocks on the phones are slipping and can not be sync'd with the Domain Controllers. I have an open TAC case (one month and counting) and just realized I never asked the EXPERTS.
Here's the error when trying OS Administration/Settings/NTP Servers "The NTP service is accessible"
I've tried off net and on net NTP sources. The latest was just on net, to make sure it's not a firewall issue.
Any suggestions?

Log into the SSH and check the clock settings to see what it says on the Linux level.
utils ntp
This command displays the NTP status or configuration.

I have always just specified the NTP servers during the initial install for both CM5.x and 6.x and have never had a problem.
I normally sync the CCM servers to the network core switches (6500 or 4500) or, for smaller networks, to ISR routers. These devices are hen synced to an authoritive time source.
The output below shows the NTP status from my Publisher
admin:utils ntp status
