Number in missed and recieved calls

I have 11 campuses in my cluster, when they call my missed and received calls show as +1XXX-XXXX for 7 of 11 schools the other 4 do not

Can you try to use Dialed Number Analyzer to check the differences when dialing out?

Hi,

Are the users dialing internally from their DN to your DN or are they calling over PSTN?

Are you using any calling party transformations or translation patterns that translates the calling number to +1XXX-XXXX for 7 schools? Do you have similar setup for remaining 4 schools?
