Hello everybody
I have a IP Telephony deployment with 700 users. I have a branch office with 40 users, which is the Gateway required for this site if I have to cover 50% with SRST. Do I have to use the 2911 which support up to 50 SRST or do I have to use the 2905 which support up to 35 SRST? what happen with the 50% of the users which don't need SRST, do they count in the ISRG2 capacity?
regards

Use the one that fits your user base and calculations, users who won't have a SRST reference are not considered, just the ones who will register with SRST.

Hi
1-For SRST:
A-Your registered gateway , should be attached to RG "route group".
B-On device pool , assign route group for the router which will be used as SRST.
C-On device pool , SRST select "use default gateway". and do monitor for 30.
All phones which have the DP will be reregister your SRST router , this will be debend on the SRST license on your gateway and (max-dn & max-ephones) which are configured on your gateway.
Thank you
