Numbers showing instead of names in last dialled calls

Hi All,

We have a CUCM 10.5 having LDAP configuration with AD . The issue that we are facing is when a user dial an intercluster calls, he/she is showing numbers instead of names in the last dialled numbers. Whereas , received calls/missed calls are showing names as usual.

Are you prefixing anything to the dialed number when making the calls.
Also, during the call do you see name or number on the screen.
