Obtain Phone Label

I can pull up the website for my Cisco 7821 to get the phone number, but I can't find the Line Label anywhere.  From my understanding, the label is in the operating configuration, which the phone downloads during the registration process via SCCP/SIP.  Can I obtain the label without having to use something like Wireshark or manually calling the phone?

Hi there

If I understood correctly, if you are using CUCM and have access, just navigate to Device > Phone > Under line settings.

If you are using CME (Router based) just a show run and check the phone configuration

Thank you Rath, but unfortunately, I don't have the rights to access our CUCM - I only administer my section of the network.  This is why I was attempting to get that information from the phone or connected switch/router.
