We have a site in China that if you try to place a call +86... it will be cancelled after the 9th digit even though there are 4 more digits to dial. The numbers are being dialed without a pause so i don't think it is inter-digit timing related. If you dial all 13 digits ahead of time (edit dial?) then press dial the call will go through. I know this post is short on details but any ideas? We are on CUCM 10.5

Sounds like overlapping in your dial plan, and something has the reject call option, use DNA to find out what you're matching

Go to your CUCM Admin Page then Cisco Unified Serviceability->Tools->Dialed Number Analyzer->Analysis->Analyzer and try to "simulate" the call to understand if there is an overlapping on your Route Patterns.
