offnet to offnet call forward is not working cucm12 with sip trunk 

I make 'false' for block offnet to offnet transfer 

normal call forward is working fine but offnet to offnet is not forwarded 

please help

check outbound calls settings on the SIP trunk.
Calling party selection > originator (Change to "Last Redirect Number (External)" and see if that help.

Please COllect SDL Logs covering test call and attache here to analyze what is happening

You need to check the Calling Party Selection on the corresponding sip trunk.

Moreover, can you post the logs of your gateway when the call fails?
