Hello All,
Want to know explanation of On behalf of code - 1(CctiLine) in CM CDR Log.
I feel the call was disconnected at Agent CTI End for the code.

Hi Saravana.
If it can help, here is what is mentioned on "Cisco Callmanager Fundamentals" book
Table 7-7 defines the possible values of the OnBehalfOf fields. These fields are intended to help identify all records that are part of a feature call. These fields note the feature that is responsible for the call termination on each half of a call. They also note which feature caused the originator to be redirected, and which feature was the last feature to cause the call to be redirected. When a device terminates a call, the OnBehalfOf field is set to Device, which is the value that is used for all calls that do not involve a supplementary service.
