on cisco 7962 phone BLF is not working

Hello 

On cisco 7662 phone BLF is not working . other phones in the cluster line 7961 and 7941 and all working ,

cucm version is 8.6

Please advise what i am doing wrong .

Can you make sure that 7662 subscribe CSS has access to other partitions to be monitored? Also, are you using single presence group of multiple groups.

it has access to the css ....we don't have any presence server ..

on cucm it self enabled presence

Hi,

I understand that BLF is CUCM feature but you can configure presence groups in CUCM to divide phones into logical groups. Next, you define the access between inter-presence groups. By default all phones are assigned to Standard Presence Group. Can you check if all your phones are part of the same presence group or if they are allocated to difference presence groups.

Also, cross check that the CSS has access to the phones.

Last point, you can do a quick test by setting the service parameter 'Default Inter-Presence Group Subscription to allow to make sure that you override any inter-group restrictions.

'Default Inter-Presence Group  is set to allow only ..

The issue is with 7962 phone only but with 7961 phone and all working well .

i have tested with 2 7962 phone both has same issue .
