On Sip trunk: Call drops if “no answer” longer then 30 sec

I configured Cisco phone “No Answer Ring Duration (seconds)” - 50 sec and then call should go to voice mail.

It works for internal or incoming external(analog) calls.

Inbound external calls through sip trunk drops after about 30 sec. if no answer

Sip Provider------ > Sip Trunk  ------->  CUBE  ------->SIP trunk -------> Call manager (8.6) -------->  Cisco phone

Possible, some SIP timers is not setup correctly. Does provider setup the timers?

Thank you

check the sip trace if you are receiving a "bye" after 30 seconds from your provider end, tehy are cutting the call.

add sip traces if you can

I captured the trace and I got the "buy" in 30 sec. I contacted the sip provider and he confirmed that it is the default sip configuration for their trunks. After increasing that timer no more drop calls.

Thank you,

1) Make a Test call and collect following
a) Call Manager Logs from CUCM RTMT. Follow Below Tutorial on How to collect
https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=36&v=ucp2ymzsrUg

b) Enable Logging on Voice Gateway & Collect SIP Logs
service sequence-numbers
service timestamps debug datetime localtime msec
logging buffered 10000000 debug
no logging console
no logging monitor
default logging rate-limit
default logging queue-limit
terminal no monitor

debug ccsip messages.

c) Then you can use TranslatorX to analyze or Post the logs here.
