on the call manager forward all outside number couldn't work

we can call outside but,when we want to forward all to mobile phone.call forwarding couldn't work

Most isp block it for billing purpose. 

on gateway/Trunk  you can change it to last redirecting instead of originator

Other possibility is to do a translation of the calling number to be one of your numbers in your DID range if the original calling number is not one of yours.

Or look into the details of your SIP service to see what would be needed to send calling numbers that don’t belong to your DID numbers. Often this can be done by adding information to the SIP invite for the outbound call.

With a voice translation rule on the gateway.

An option is as I wrote before to send information in the outbound invite to the service provider so that they allow other numbers then one of your DIDs. For this you’d need to check the requirements of your service provider to know what specific information they require.Often it’s Diversion or P-Asserted-Identity header that is required, but this can vary.

when we change direct number yes ı can see the did but .prefix coulnd't work so only did is seem on the telco and couldn't work ?

 

how can ı add the prefix for your advice.

ı added the prefix at the  route pattern calling is work but forwarding is not

What prefix is you referring to? Your not explaining very well what you mean and apart from that you have not mentioned anything about the use of a prefix in your original question or prior answers. It is not very easy for us to give you the needed help with the information you provide.

@ozden ozdugun If you look at @Nithin Eluvathingal very first response to this post you would see where to change this.

The “bad” part about doing this change is that you loose the original calling number, so you would not know whom originally called and can not call back if you for example missed to answer the call. Looking at options to have the service provider accept other numbers than customer owned DIDs of the circuit is IMO a better option.

ı agree with you but our telco couln't access for this number plan.because they say there is a number manuplation

our telco only access for the calling number to outbound the customer number for exp 08501230000 to 9999

this our customer number.

we want to send calling number only did for exp 9999 or 2345 4 digit or another number for example 0530xxxxxxx telco blocking our call.

 

so ı can call for the ip phone 4444 to outbound ı add prefix 0850123 on the pattern .our call is working. but ı want to use call forwarding for exp our number 05301234567. when ı call our number to a did and use forward all to a number for example 05551234567

 

ı saw on the debug ccapi inout

 

the calling number is 085005301234567 and called number 05551234567 so we coulnd't forwarding beacuse the calling number is our mobile phone and prefix. when we use @Nithin Eluvathingal configuration last redirect number .we saw the calling number only 4444 not prefix.how can we added this two special prefiix and last redirecr number because ı need a this configuration on the cucm
