Hello Experts,
For the last 5 years, we had some phone serivces in our CUCM which were working with no issue. Two of the services have the following URL which point to our primary and secondary UCCX server.
http://10.x.x.1:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentLogin.jsp Primary UCCX
http://10.x.x.2:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentLogin.jsp Secondary UCCX
Everything was working well until last month when the users started losing the above service. They get unsubscribed with no reason and the only workaround is to maually add and subscribe the user to both services.
Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, I would very much appreciate if someone can share any usful info with me.
