on a CUBE is it posible to write one outgoing voip dial-peer with the destination-pattern that matches 3 possible call variants, instead of writing 3 dial-peers with its destination patterns respectively:
destination-pattern +370........$
destination-pattern 370........$
destination-pattern 0........$

Use a voice class e164-pattern-map as the destination; multiple patterns, one DP.

If it’s a VoIP dial peer it’s possible as @Jonathan Schulenberg wrote with a e164 number map.
