I have one handset that is displaying the wrong time zone, it is off by 7 hrs and I can't figure out why. All of the other handsets are displaying the right time.
Any help with this would be appreciated, Thanks.

Hi
Try deleting ITL file to see if that clears the issue, steps mentioned below.
1. Go to settings menu on the phone.
2. Unlock it, using combination: **#
3. Go to "Security Configuration"
4. Go to Trust List
5. Delete ITL File
(Rate if it helps)

The handset is a 7841 and does not have the option to delete the ITL file. I did a reset all on Security which I believe resets the ITL.
Anyhow, no luck, still showing wrong time.

If it is only happening with a single phone, feel free to play with test device pool with test date and time group [as per the need]. Assign the test DP to the phone and see if that makes any difference or not. If still it does not, try to do a factory reset.

Hi Abhay,
I had already tried a factory reset with no luck. Not sure what is going on with the handset and trying to do this remotely with access to the servers but not located onsite to check things myself.
Thanks for the assistance
