One way audio after direct to VM transfer

Hello everyone.

I'm having an issue one way audio occuring in a pretty specific scenario.

We're running Call Manager 7 and it connects to a RC of Exchange 2010 over a SIP trunk. For the most part this is working great except when a user transfers a call directly to another user's voicemail. As soon as this happens we get one way audio. If the call is allowed to ring through to voicemail it works and also if there is a CFWDAll on the phone to the direct to VM pattern it also works fine.

The direct to VM transfer is being accomplished with a CTI Route Point configured as directed by documentation and assigned the DN 7XXX.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Have you found a solution to this? I am running into the same problem.

Not yet ryan. I've somewhat run out of ideas and am hoping for some suggestions from cisco or ms

Ryan if you see this I had a question for you. Are you running exchange on a physical platform? Our install of 2010 is currently virtualized and I'm curious to see if that might have something to do with it
