I am having issues with one way audio when I set CFA to external number. This happens when someone external (pstn) calls my office main number which hits AA in Unity Conn, then caller dials my internal extension. If caller dials my personal DID and Unity Conn is bypassed from the call path, there is no issue.
I have CUBE with SIP in the entire call path. Unity Conn is sip integrated with CUCM.
PSTN_Caller - > ITSP -> SIPTrunk->CUBE->SIPTrunk->CUCM->SIPTrunk->UnityConn->SIPTrunk->CUCM->Phone->External Number - One way audio in this scenario
PSTN_Caller - > ITSP -> SIPTrunk->CUBE->SIPTrunk->CUCM->Phone->External Number - No issue in this scenario
I would really appreciate if someone could help me find the cause/solution of this issue.
