first Thank you all for this great forum , i have learned a lot from you guys.
i have an issue between one of my sites and the head office,
ip phone to ip phone (all SIP) calls is changing to one way in the middle .
Scenario:
Phone A at head office having a call with Phone B at the branch.
randomly after ( 7 seconds to 2 minutes ) phone A stops hearing phone B but phone B keep hearing phone A
i have attached the stats of both phones during one of the calls,
i see that the phone at head office is getting some (Rcvr Lost Packets) while the phone B has none.
could this be an issue in the link between the two sites ? because i have another link to another site and no issue happening there.

Hi Soloo,
As you figured out, I believe it is all about routing issue and dropped packets.
just to make sure, try to capture the voice traffic with WireShark from the machine attached to the phone A at Head office. and you will find no voice packets during the one way audio interval.
please make sure that you enabled <<Span to PC Port>> option at the CUCM IP Phone configuration.
