One way audio with IP Communicator

Hi Guys, 

I am having the follow problem reference the IP Communicator. When I call between IP Communicator the audio it is Ok. When I do the call of IP Communicator to Deskphone there are audio only one direction (one way audio). This problem occurr if I am connect by VPN or no.

Any have idea to solve this problem?

One way audio or no audio are most of the times routing issues, make sure the RTP can go both ways between your endpoints, and that nothing is blocking it.
