Not sure if you have ever heard of this but I’m pretty stumped and was hoping someone might be able to provide some insight or let me know where I might look
So if we call a cisco phone using/from Microsoft Teams.
(Microsoft Teams is using 10 digits to dial a cisco phone D.I.D.)
If the Teams call is placed “on-hold” by the cisco phone, then picked back up/resumed
There is one way audio
The person on Teams can hear the person on the cisco phone but the person on the cisco phone cannot hear the person on Teams.
(also not sure if this has anything to do with it but the person on Teams does not hear any MOH, just dead air while on hold)
We can duplicate the issue every time
