OpenLDAP and CUCM 10.5

Hi 

I have a CUCM 10.5.2.10000-5 and a OpenLDAP in my OpenLDAP I have the user created and working, when I synchronize the CUCM with the OpenLDAP directory only synchronize a few user, and only one user with all parameters, if I review and compre the users and all users have the same configuration and the same attributes.

Any idea?

You can review the LDAP logs to see exactly why they're not being synced.

Are they all in the same OU?

For the OpenLDAP side I don't see any problem. We have another device synchronize with the OpenLDAP and the can see and authenticate at all users. Also, all the user is contained in the same OU, and the CUCM is looking at main domain.

Example

User1 = Full synchronize

cn=XXXXX XXXXXXXXX,cn=ingenieria,ou=hiway,dc=hiway,dc=cl

User2 = Partial synchronize

cn=YYYYY YYYYYYYYY,cn=ingenieria,ou=hiway,dc=hiway,dc=cl

User3 = Non synchronize

cn=ZZZZZ ZZZZZZZZZ,cn=ingenieria,ou=hiway,dc=hiway,dc=cl

LDAP User Search Base: dc=hiway,dc=cl

No, I don't have any filter, also the user can see the entire tree

Then you definitely need to dig into the LDAP traces to see exactly why CUCM won't sync those users.
